We offer a number of levels of support that are tailored to your business – from Ad Hoc support to monthly support plans. The difference is the amount of time and money you are prepared to commit to your systems in order to safeguard your investment. The high level of service, remains the same!
However, the more hours you commit to, the greater the discount offered. We can help you determine a reasonable number of hours of support per month based on your requirements.
Your systems are core to your business – with a service agreement in place, you can rest assured the performance of your business systems will be maintained and the integrity of your data protected – leaving you to get on with what you know best, your business.
Ad Hoc Support
Ad Hoc support is just that – No plan, it’s support from time to time when you need us. You might use this time to have us make changes, bug-fixes, small enhancements or even training.
- No monthly commitment – only pay for time used.
Bronze Support
The Bronze support plan offers a discounted hourly rate, based on a minimum commitment of 8 hours support per month.
- 8 hours minimum monthly commitment over a 12 month period.
- Monthly hours can be brought forward and used in advance.
- 11% discount on hourly rate.
Silver Support
The Silver support plan offers a further discounted hourly rate, based on a minimum commitment of 16 hours support per month.
- 16 hours minimum monthly commitment over a 12 month period.
- Monthly hours can be brought forward and used in advance.
- 22% discount on hourly rate.
Gold Support
The Gold support plan offers exceptional value, based on a minimum commitment of 32 hours support per month
- 32 hours minimum monthly commitment over a 12 month period.
- Monthly hours can be brought forward and used in advance.
- 35% discount on hourly rate.
